What is your minimum order amount?Technically we do not have a minimum order quantity, however the more labels you order the cheaper the price per label will be.

What is the typical turnaround time?Typically, production is five working days, but we will confirm on receipt of the order and will try our best to meet your delivery requirements.

Do you offer graphic design services?We do offer graphic design services; however, our main focus is on providing great print work.

On what format do I send my artwork/ design?Ideally on Illustrator or as a PDF.

How many colours do you print?We primarily use CMYK. However, where a specific Pantone colour is important, we will use spot colours.

What is the CMYK 4 colour process?CMYK refers to the four ink plates used in colour printing: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key. This process allows us to use 98% of the Pantone colour gamut.

Do you colour match?We use a photo spectrometer to ensure all our colours matched to perfection.

What can you print on?Most of our customers ask for paper or polypropylene but we can print on most substrates. How should I decide the size of my label?The size of the label depends on the size of the product; therefore, we suggest cutting paper and placing it on the product until you find the suitable size.

What if I need custom die?We can do it; we have an extensive library of dies which you can use free of charge if suitable, if not we can obtain a bespoke die.

Will I get to see a sample?We will send a PDF copy of the final design to ensure the representation of the label is accurate, finalising whether all text, spacing, colour separation and barcodes are correct and up to date.

How do I pay?Customers can pay through BACS, cheque or cash.
